On the Road to Happiness

I've decided to use this blog to practice my english while I monitor the progress in my diet.

In the beginning I wanted to lose 8 kg and I'm happy to tell you last month I lost 2; but I'm against time, so I need to lose weight as soon as possible.

I have already defined my main weapons:
  • Water (2 liters at least)
  • Light Jumex juice (28-40 calories per 240ml depending on the flavor)
  • Light Tuny tuna (131 calories per can)
  • Fish fillets (200-220 calories per 250g)
  • Sanissimo dehydrated "tostadas" (40 calories per "tostada")
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • "Fat burning" soup
  • A lot of veggies
There are also some foods I allow myself to eat occasionally, like eggs, fresh cheese and fruits. Tortillas, bread, sodas and junk food are totally banned.
