I've decided to use this blog to practice my english while I monitor the progress in my diet.
In the beginning I wanted to lose 8 kg and I'm happy to tell you last month I lost 2; but I'm against time, so I need to lose weight as soon as possible.

I have already defined my main weapons:
- Water (2 liters at least)
- Light Jumex juice (28-40 calories per 240ml depending on the flavor)
- Light Tuny tuna (131 calories per can)
- Fish fillets (200-220 calories per 250g)
- Sanissimo dehydrated "tostadas" (40 calories per "tostada")
- Extra virgin olive oil
- "Fat burning" soup
- A lot of veggies
